CRC 1512 „Intervening Arts“ extended for a second funding period
We are pleased that the German Research Foundation granted continued funding to the Collaborative Research Center (CRC) "Intervening Arts" at Freie Universität Berlin. Spokespersons of the CRC 1215 are Professor Dr. Karin Gludovatz, art historian and director of the Dahlem Humanities Center, and Professor Dr. Matthias Warstat, professor of Theatre Studies and board member of the Dahlem Humanities Center.

DHC Vice Director Anita Traninger to receive Berlin Science Prize 2025
We are delighted that Professor Dr. Anita Traninger, Romance Professor with an expertise in Rhetorics, and vice director of the Dahlem Humanities Center, is to receive the 2025 Berlin Science Award. The Prize will be presented to Anita Traninger on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at the Rote Rathaus.
