(1) We use this term to refer to, for example, articles published online that are not part of a specific publication (such as a journal or book), such as a separate PDF file.

Select the publication type “Andere elektronische Veröffentlichung” (Other publications online) from the drop-down menu.

Enter the names (last name, first name) of all contributing authors in the order and spelling specified in the publication using the button “Autor*in hinzufügen” (Add author). FU-Employees must be entered via “Suche FU-Beschäftigte” (Search for FU-Employees), while external authors (professors emeriti, lecturers, visiting scholars/scientists, grant holders) must be entered via “Sonstige*n Autor*in hinzufügen” (Add other authors) or “Listenerfassung sonstiger Autor*innen” (Add several other authors).

In the title field, enter the title of the contribution. You can enter any subtitle in the “Untertitel” (Subtitle) field.

The year of publication must be entered as a four-digit number.

Please fill in the “Titel der Website” (Website title) field if your article has been published on a website.

As this publication type applies only to online publications, please provide the “URL” or link to your contribution.

Information about the language in which the article was written is required. You can select the language from the alphabetically sorted drop-down menu; the most commonly used languages are listed at the top of the list.

In the comments field, you can provide additional information or ask questions for the University Bibliography.
