Erasmus+ trips to European destinations can be applied for on an ongoing basis. The award of funding is subject to the availability of funds.

If you would like to apply for Erasmus+ funding, please submit your application via our application form at least 3 months before the planned start of your stay.

Please have the following documents ready for your application:

• Confirmation of supervision/support from an institution or professor at the partner institution (letter on official letterhead or email with signature)
• Screenshot from Freie Universität Berlin’s partnership database as proof that an Erasmus+ agreement covering teaching mobility and the requested funding period is in place between your institute and the host institute (see requirements)
• Mobility Agreement (with all three required signatures*)
• Curriculum vitae including your private address
• Signed declaration regarding the planned travel days
• Copy of your identity card
• Private address
• Bank details (bank, IBAN, BIC)

* For the sending institution, the Mobility Agreement must be signed by the Erasmus+ departmental coordinator.

By submitting these documents, you acknowledge that the information provided in your application will be electronically stored and processed by Freie Universität Berlin in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), as well as in accordance with the European Commission’s Privacy Notice.
