Erasmus+ trips abroad to European countries can be applied for on an ongoing basis. The award of funding is subject to the availability of funds.

Please submit your application via our application form. Please observe the required lead times before the start of your trip: at least 3 months for language courses, individual stays, and for Staff Weeks.

Please have the following documents ready for your application:

• Confirmation of supervision/support from an institution or professor at the partner institution (letter on official letterhead or email with signature) for individually arranged mobility
• Confirmation of participation in a Staff Week
• Reservation confirmation or correspondence with the language school regarding the funding period

• Mobility Agreement (signed by all three parties involved*)
• Curriculum vitae (for individually arranged mobility)
• Travel Declaration for the planned travel days
• Copy of passport

* For the sending institution, the document must be signed by the supervisor or by the head of the institute/department.

Due to high demand and limited funds, generally only one Erasmus+ mobility per person per semester can be funded.
