Online Learning Agreement

Since the academic year 2021/22, the analog Learning Agreement at Freie Universität has been replaced by the digital "Online Learning Agreement".

The Webex information sessions regarding the Online Learning Agreement for Erasmus+ outgoing students studying during the 2026/27 winter semester took place as follows:

  • For Erasmus+ outgoing students from the Department of Economics on June 15, 2026 (2:00 p.m. sharp to 3:30 p.m.)

Students must create their online learning agreement independently via the portal www.learning-agreement.eu and send it to their respective Erasmus+ coordinator.

It is especially important that the e-mail addresses of the respective coordinators of Freie Universität and the partner university are correct. The online learning agreement must always be sent via the area through which you are completing your stay abroad.
If you are studying several subjects and would like to take and have recognized courses in a subject that does not belong to the area through which you are going abroad, please also fill out the "OLA Supplement" and have the courses signed by the respective recognition officers.
