Workshop: Teaching and Education for Sustainable Development

Gaetano Di Tommaso (Roosevelt Institute for American Studies in Middelburg) will be part of the workshop "Teaching and Education for Sustainable Development". He will give an input, together with Prof. Dario Fazzi, on the topic „Teaching Resilience and Environmental Democracy (TREnD)“ in the second workshop session.

Gaetano Di Tommaso is a researcher at the Roosevelt Institute for American Studies in Middelburg, the Netherlands. His research examines how natural resources – especially fossil fuels – have shaped American power and society. He is actively involved in virtual exchange programs and has collaborated with Dutch and international colleagues to develop Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) courses on environmental issues and democracy.
