Zile Huma (University of Cartagena UPCT) will be part of the workshop "Responsible Research – involving Circularity and Interdisciplinarity from the beginning in the research process". She will give an input on the topic „Green HRM and ESG misconduct in firms around the globe“ in the first workshop session.
Ms. Zile Huma is a PhD student and researcher at the International Doctoral School (EINDOC) of the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT), Spain. Her research focuses on sustainability, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), climate change, and sustainable organizational practices. She holds a Master’s degree in Business and Organizational Psychology from Steinbeis University Berlin, Germany, and an M.Phil. in Education from Allama Iqbal Open University, Pakistan.
She is the lead author of the article “Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG): A Systematic Literature Review,” published in Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management. Her research explores how organisations worldwide can integrate green HR practices and ESG principles to enhance sustainability, governance, and long-term resilience. She is presenting her research on Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and ESG within firms around the globe, sharing perspectives on the role of sustainable human resources management in advancing corporate sustainability and long-term organisational resilience.
