Daniela Boggiani (University of Pavia) will be part of the workshop "Finding the Right Voice: How Universities Can Communicate Sustainability Without Losing Credibility". There, she will give an input on the topic „Credibility through coordination, transparency and multiple institutional voices“ in the first workshop session.
Daniela Boggiani is the Communication Officer at the Office for Sustainable Actions (OSA) of the University of Pavia (Italy), where she is responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote sustainability across the university community. Her work focuses on public engagement, stakeholder communication, event organisation, media relations and awareness campaigns supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
She coordinates institutional initiatives on sustainable mobility, circular economy, climate action, waste reduction and environmental education, working in close collaboration with local authorities, businesses, associations and civil society organisations. She also serves as Coordinator of the University of Pavia's Staff Council and currently coordinates the National Network of Italian University Staff Councils. She is also a member of the Working Group established by the Rector's Delegate for Artificial Intelligence at the University of Pavia, contributing to the development of guidelines, tools and initiatives that support the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence in administrative processes and institutional activities.
Daniela holds a Master's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures and a First-Level Master's in Green Economy and Sustainable Management. She has participated in several European cooperation and staff mobility programmes and is the author and co-author of publications on sustainability communication, circular economy, sustainable mobility and higher education. Her current interests focus on how universities can strengthen institutional credibility and foster behavioural change through effective sustainability communication.
