To mark the 25th anniversary of the African Union, students of the Otto Suhr Institute at Freie Universität Berlin invite you to a public panel discussion. The event examines the AU‘s central challenges and future perspectives, as well as its role as a political actor in a time of global transition.
In a roughly 60-minute discussion, representatives of three African states will share their views and illuminate the Union‘s development from different perspectives. This is followed by an open Q+A giving the audience the chance to join the conversation.
The event is organised by students of the Otto Suhr Institute as part of a university course and will be held in English. Drinks and snacks will be provided. Everyone interested is warmly welcome.
