Funding Components & Amounts
Erasmus+ funding is provided as a fixed lump sum and consists of a mobility allowance for the stay and a distance-based travel allowance.

Daily Allowances for the Stay:

Day 1 - 14: 190 € / day

From day 15 onward: 133 € / day

Travel Cost Calculation: The amount of the travel allowance is based on the one-way distance between the two cities. The relevant distance is the number of kilometers (as the crow flies) calculated using the European Commission's official distance calculator. This automatically covers both the outward and return journey.

Important Notice: Double funding from other EU funds for the same purpose is excluded. Any financial surplus remains with the grant recipients and may be subject to individual tax liability (for tax-related questions, please contact your local tax office).

The distance in kilometers determined by the distance calculator corresponds to the one-way distance (as the crow flies). The flat-rate amount shown in the table already covers the entire journey (outward and return).
