By accepting Erasmus+ funding, participants agree to complete the following steps:

• Representing Freie Universität Berlin: You represent our university as a partner at the host institution (e.g., by participating in a brief on-site information session about Freie Universität Berlin).
• EU Survey (final report): After the mobility period, you complete the European Commission’s short standardized online questionnaire (the link will be sent to you automatically by email).
• Internal feedback report: You complete the short questionnaire provided by the International Affairs Division to share valuable feedback for future mobility activities.
