Living internationalization: The certificate program "Profi"

As an international network university, Freie Universität Berlin is committed to open-mindedness, diversity, and active intercultural exchange in all areas—from research and teaching to administration. The ability to embrace cultural diversity as an enrichment and to master challenges in a solution-oriented manner strengthens respectful interaction and fosters the innovative power of our entire university.

The Weiterbildungszentrum (WBZ) offers the certification program „Profi“ in order to strenghten employees in these key competencies.

The three building blocs of the program:

• Intercultural competency: sovereign and reflected action in international work environments

• Foreign languages: goal-oriented strenghtening of language skills for day-to-day communication

• Mobility abroad (optional): practical specialization and networking through an Erasmus+ mobility
