This year's Una Europa Staff Week takes place in Helsinki with a focus on "learning communities" from 2-5 June 2026. The staff week invites non-teaching professional services staff who work in the fields of  pedagogical development, curriculum planning and design, strategic educational services, or student engagement, as well as staff from research services, responsibility and wellbeing units, career and counselling services.

In addition to that academic staff who have regular teaching duties, students, and doctoral researchers from all disciplines are also invited.
