Whether you’re a new student or about to graduate, we invite you to join our Winter Check-in Circle: a space to pause, reflect over the semester, express yourself, and connect with fellow students.
This is a series of sessions. You are welcome to register for one or multiple sessions!
What to expect:
In the heart of winter, a rose still grows. And though the days are colder and the light is fading fast, we gather, not to rush, but to reflect! To share the thorns we've felt, the buds we're nurturing, and the quiet blooms already unfolding.
Our Winter Check-in Circle: This is a relaxed, mindful circle discussion moderated by one of our peer mentors and guided by the Rose, Thorn, Bud method. The session offers a supportive environment in which students can express themselves openly and connect with fellow students, especially helpful for new and international students navigating the transition.
Tea and/or coffee as well as light snacks are offered during the session with soft background music.
